Chaos on Highway 17; chase underway and 17 shutdown
KSBW The Central Coast Law enforcement officers swarmed the area and multiple California Highway Patrol helicopters are flying overhead. According to scanner traffic, at one point during the chase, the robber drove the wrong-way on Highway 17 and caused a police car to crash. |
